1. Product Information

  • All towels are described accurately on our website, including material, size, and color.
  • Due to variations in screen settings, actual colors may differ slightly from those displayed.
  • Dimensions provided are approximate. Minor variations of up to 5% may occur due to the production process.
  • Product specifications may change over time. We will notify customers of significant changes.

2. Ordering

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • Order confirmation emails are automatically generated and do not constitute acceptance of your order.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI. 
  • Prices may change without notice, but your order price is locked in at the time of checkout.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made.
  • Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within India only. International shipping may be available in the future.
  • Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as location and weather may affect delivery times.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on used products or those without original packaging and tags.
  • Refunds, when issued, will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
