Return Policy

At Vaavi, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Our premium towels are designed to meet the highest standards, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns will be only accepted for manufacturing defects

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Use the address mentioned in the website to ship the product to us. 
  • Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

Return Process:

  1. Take a photo of the manufacturing defect in your product and send it to our WhatsApp number. 
  2. If approved, we'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the package to our return center using a traceable method.
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your return.

Please Note:

  • The shipping charges borne by the customer will be refunded once we receive the returned product. 
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that don't meet our criteria.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • There are no refund policies as of now, if there are any changes, we will update the refund policy on our website.
